REFUND POLICY
At iSteve Premium, we take a refundable booking amount to confirm your order. If the product delivered is not as described or has major functional issues, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
However, if you change your mind after booking or cancel for personal reasons (when the product matches the listing), a 50% deduction will apply to cover processing and holding costs.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after review and confirmation. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for cancellation.
